TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:
  • All payment is to be paid in full by 23rd August 2008.
  • You can apply for a refund provided that a request for refund is made and accepted no later than 23rd August 2008. You will not be charge any fee when you apply for a refund, EXCEPT for necessary banking charges.
  • Please note that we require receipt of all registration and full payment a month prior to the event in order that your names and/or company names are printed on our programme book and this allows us sufficient time to prepare a fulfilling and successful event for all participants.
NOTE: All individuals attending the tour at the Defence R&D Canada - Suffield (DRDC Suffield) will be required to apply for Canadian Visit Clearance Request through your respective Embassies in Canada.
